How long is a session?
Each session lasts 2 hours, with approximately 60-90 minutes on the water.
Do I need to bring anything to wear?
We provide wetsuits and buoyancy aids, you will just need swimwear and a towel/shower gear.
How near to my session start time should I arrive?
We ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your jetski hire session starts this will allow for a greeting and getting changed.
Do I need jetski experience?
No. We will show you a demonstration and go through a safety briefing before boarding your ski. You will be guided through the controls
and have the opportunity to safely practice before heading out.
Are there any age restrictions?
You must be 18 to drive one of our skis. However under 18’s from age 10 can ride as a passenger at a reduced rate.
Do I need to be able to swim?
Yes. Your safety is our utmost priority and therefore you must be able to swim at least 20 metres.
Is my jetski hire experience weather dependent?
We are able to operate in most weather conditions, and we rarely need to postpone. However we will be stopped by high winds,
heavy sea mist or driving rain. If the conditions are not suitable on your day, no problem – we simply re-arrange another suitable date,
or may be able to change to a different time on the same day.
What should I expect from a jetski hire experience?
You will be warmly greeted on arrival and measured up for a wetsuit and a lifejacket. Once you have changed, and after a safety briefing, you will be guided through basic operation of your ski. Following our lead, you will be guided to a safe area for practice before heading out of Poole harbour. Reconvening in the Shell Bay area, you will then be under guided tour along the Jurassic Coast or along the Sandbanks peninsular towards Bournemouth. There will be frequent opportunities to stop and take in the views, as well as time under way on your ski.
